Note to self: learn to create patterns

At WalMart the other day, I saw a girl wearing a sweater, and I decided that I must learn to make patterns so that I can make the sweater! It was a crop sweater in some sort of rough-looking stitch (maybe double-moss stitch?), with a mock-turtleneck and 1/4 sleeves that were both in a 2X2 rib. Wish i would have seen the front. I imagine it was a cardigan. At least, i want it to be a cardi! And of course, it was knit in a beautiful rust red!
